Winjiliph Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Winjiliph website or mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to every registered player on the Winjiliph platform regardless of how they access the service — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any app provided by Winjiliph.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any Winjiliph services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Winjiliph recommends players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on Winjiliph. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Winjiliph reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid government-issued Philippine ID — to verify your age and identity at any point. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be immediately closed and any balance held will be returned after relevant deductions where applicable.

2.2 One Account Only

Each person may hold only one Winjiliph account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Winjiliph uses a range of technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Winjiliph account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Philippine Residency

Winjiliph's services are directed at players physically located in the Philippines. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their specific location. Winjiliph does not accept liability for any legal consequence arising from a player accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Winjiliph username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Winjiliph will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Winjiliph immediately at support@winjiliph.com. Winjiliph will assist in securing your account, but we cannot be held responsible for losses that occur before you report the unauthorized access.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Winjiliph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-based methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at Winjiliph is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed in the cashier section of your account. Winjiliph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by Winjiliph within 24 hours of submission in most cases. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya typically arrive within minutes to a few hours after processing. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet generally complete within the same business day. Winjiliph reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as your Winjiliph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Players must meet any active bonus wagering requirements in full before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Winjiliph may withhold withdrawals pending the completion of identity or source-of-funds verification if required by applicable regulations.

4.5 Currency

All balances, deposits, wagers, and payouts on Winjiliph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Winjiliph does not handle foreign currency transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible game contributions, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active are specified in each offer's individual terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one Winjiliph bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping promotions or exploiting bonus offers through systematic or coordinated play is considered abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

5.4 Winjiliph Right to Modify Promotions

Winjiliph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are currently active on a player's account unless those bonuses were credited erroneously.

06 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on Winjiliph sports markets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming. Winjiliph will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in cases where a technical error is clearly identified on the platform's side.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on Winjiliph are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between when you select them and when you confirm your bet, you will be notified of the new odds before your bet is placed. You may then choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

6.3 Event Cancellations & Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your Winjiliph account. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets typically remain valid unless stated otherwise in the sport-specific rules. Postponements beyond 48 hours will usually result in bets being voided.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets at Winjiliph are offered in real time during events. Live bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. There may be brief delays between real-world events and in-play market updates — Winjiliph reserves the right to void any live bet where a material delay has been exploited.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets at Winjiliph. Limits vary by sport, market type, and event tier. The applicable maximum payout is displayed in your bet slip before confirmation. Winjiliph will honour winnings up to the stated maximum regardless of the actual calculated return above that limit.

07 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on Winjiliph — including slots, roulette, live dealer games, and table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game round, Winjiliph will attempt to restore the game state from server records. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to your account. Winjiliph does not pay out returns on incomplete game rounds.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winjiliph platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on Winjiliph
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds to obtain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates Philippine law
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting activity
• Accessing the platform using another person's account or credentials
• Abusing Winjiliph's bonus structure through coordinated or systematic exploitation
• Using the platform while registered on the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) self-exclusion list

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Winjiliph may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if a player is found to have violated these Terms. In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, Winjiliph reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Winjiliph will communicate the reason for closure where legally permissible to do so.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Winjiliph support. If there is no active bonus on the account, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

10 Limitation of Liability

Winjiliph provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary service disruptions, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or events outside Winjiliph's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Winjiliph's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of the player's net deposit in the twelve months preceding the claim. Winjiliph does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11 Responsible Gaming

Winjiliph is committed to responsible gaming. We provide deposit limits, session time controls, temporary cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options. 13 Changes to These Terms

Winjiliph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the Winjiliph platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Winjiliph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or an authorized licensing body under Philippine jurisdiction. The terms of that license also govern aspects of platform operation and player protections where applicable.
